The hydraulic
pump and the valves are from Leimbach.
I played with the thought to make the valve myself but that would have
taken to much time and the big question would be the reliability.
To let the cylinders custom made by for example would be to expensive.
So I decided
to make them myself.
I made several designs and modifications and time to make them work correct.
At first
the cylinders would work one way and go in by a spring.
But the friction of the caliper was to big also the oil gave to much resistance
while flowing back.
So they had
to made double action out and in on oi lpressure.
Now I needed to insert an extra seal and oil tube.
I tested
several constructions the type below survived all tests.

The caliper
seal is a O-seal.
To the left is a circlip which prevents the caliper to move out to far.
The the oil channel would be blocked and it would be impossible to let
it move in.
Left of that is a brass ring to take up the mechanical forces, preventing
destruction of the seal (green).
The whole
is kept in place by an other circlip.
At every time it is possible to take the cylinder apart.

The oil seal.
